The production of Actona Company is taking place worldwide by the suppliers who distinguish themselves in design, selection of materials and unit cost of the single product.
In order to secure the best price, quality and delivery on time for our customers, we have a close co-operation with each supplier. Furthermore at the production facilities we have our own staff who constantly follow-up on our quality requirements and delivery standards.
We are selling a lot of furniture worldwide and it creates a huge purchase volume for Actona Company. Furthermore it allows placing large, fixed orders for the various products at the suppliers who thus can offer us lower unit costs than usually.
This is a major reason why Actona Company can sell furniture at very competitive prices.
With our own production in China, Ukraine and Turkey Actona is ready for quick production and delivery to our customers.
CHINA Our upholstery factory Actona Seating Ltd. was etablished in 2009. The factory is at 47,500 m2 and is in Huizhou City which is a 1 hour drive from Dongguan. The factory consists of 4,500 m2 for administration and showroom. The remaining space is used for production and warehouse. The factory has a production capacity of 30,000 sofas per month.
UKRAINE
Today Actona has 8,000 m2 of upholstery production in Ukraine. Ambiente Furniture has 270 employees, most of these are associated with production – but the factory also has natural functions within product planning, purchase etc. Actona plans expansion in Ukraine in the next few years.
